We launched with energy, but the first 90 days were less glamorous than they looked online. Most days were logistics, timing, and making sure the right people heard about the right event.

We learned quickly that consistency beats hype. Weekly execution, clear communication, and better pre-event checklists made a bigger difference than any single campaign.

The turning point was deciding to systematize everything we repeated. Once we documented our workflows, we made fewer mistakes and moved faster without burning out.
